Barbara A.'s Story
Barbara A. Boulter, 80, of Somerville, Mass. died Tuesday August 29, 2017 at her home.
Barbara was born in Boston on December 2, 1936, a daughter of the late Arthur J. and Louise (Woodside) Boulter. She grew up in Londonderry and was a 1954 graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, N.H. before moving to Somerville 30 years ago. She had been employed by Marian Electric, Western Electric, Sanders Associates, and GEL Systems.
She leaves a brother, Robert Boulter and his wife, Lucy, along with five nieces; Lisa Cox, Laurie Pecce, Amy Koester, Deborah Flannery, and Kristine Bergeron, and lifelong friend, Evelyn Adams. She also leaves one aunt, Josephine Boulter, cousins, Christopher Boulter, and David Boulter of the UK, and David Ward of Hilton Head, S.C. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Bouldry.
Following cremation, graveside services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Glenwood Cemetery, Londonderry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, is handling arrangements.
