Barbara's Story

Barbara Livick-Blair “Barb” or “Babs”, formerly Barbara Novin of Honolulu, Hawaii; Derry, N.H.; and Revere, Mass., passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, February 9. She was 60 years old.
Barbara was as a hair stylist for many years. She worked for Salon Continentale of Belmont, Mass. She also owned her own Salon in Welches, Ore. named Barb’s Hair Design. Barb graduated from Northeast Regional Vocational School, Class of 1975. She was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Barb loved to travel and was an excellent cook. She will be remembered by her friends and family all over as a fun loving, free spirit with a kind heart.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Blair as well as her beloved sons, Alex Novin of Vancouver, Washington and Nick Novin of Honolulu, Hawaii. She is also survived by her Mother, Jean Livick; sisters, Jeanette Livick, Lynn Munafo, and Patrice Livick as well as by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Frank Livick and brother Frank Livick.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at the Zig Zag Inn in Welches, Ore. on Sunday, March 5th from 1 to 3 p.m. For more information, please inquire Sandy Funeral Home, (503) 668-6015.
