LONDONDERRY, NH - Katherine M. (Warren) Vine, 92, died on February 28, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Katherine had been a lifelong resident of Natick, prior to moving to NH last year.
Born and raised in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Josiah and Alice (Noonan) Warren. She was predeceased by five sisters, Helen Jones, Bernice McMahon, Irene Chapman, Madeline Wheet, Ada Simonetta and two brothers, Kenneth and Francis Warren.
After graduating from Framingham High School, she worked several years as a telephone operator. Kay also frequently volunteered at the Cushing Hospital in Framingham. She became fond of a particular young soldier who had returned from WWll with an injury; they developed a friendship and soon after Paul was released from the hospital. They parted ways for a brief period of time, however 3 years later, he returned to Framingham, looked Kay up and their love story began.
They married and settled in Natick and soon after started their family to include two sons. Early on she was home with her children, then worked for many years at St Linus Rectory, her second home.
She enjoyed her years there with the priests, especially her later years with Fr. Giggi. Kay and Paul were active Parishioners at St. Linus and enjoyed the many friendships they developed there.
Kay was a woman of Faith, Love and Kindness. She was dedicated to her family and cherished her grandchildren. She took an interest in what everyone was doing and always looked forward to the holidays, as these were special times for her. She enjoyed her time in New Hampshire in her new community and shared many a bingo game, Musical Events and Sunday Mass, with her new friends. She was an avid Red Sox fan, and never missed an opportunity to watch the games.
Kay is survived by her loving husband, Paul of 66 years, her two sons, James and his wife, Debra, Paul and his wife, Maureen of Londonderry, N.H. along with her grandchildren, Melissa Jackson and her husband Brandon, Kirsten, Kyle, Amanda , PJ Vine; along with one great-grandchild, Thomas.
In addition, she also leaves her sister, Natalie Talon of Bangor Maine, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday March 5, 2018 at St. Linus Church, 119 Hartford St., Natick, MA 01760. Interment will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Natick
