SEBASTIAN, FL: Raymond A. Gosselin, “The Goose” went to heaven to be with the Lord and his loved ones on 1-10-15 in Sebastian Florida. He was survived by his long-time companion Geri Machado, his ex-wife Martha Gosselin, and his children John Gosselin, Sue Ceron, Jeffrey Gosselin, Christine Gosselin, and Tammy Gosselin, his sisters Patricia and Linda Durgin. He was a grandfather of nine, and a great grandfather of Raelynn, and uncle to six nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roger and Hattie Durgin, sister Barbara Durgin, son Robert Gosselin, great granddaughter Alanna Marcotte.

A long-time resident of New England, The Goose was proud of what he did in his life. He enlisted in the army under-aged, was honorably discharged, then reenlisted to serve first cavalry and airborne. He was Selectman of Sandown, Conservation Commissioner, State Emergency Manager, volunteer at East Derry Fire Department, special police officer, active in the American Legion, and a long career as an extraordinary car salesman at Allen Motors of Derry. He was a chef, dog catcher, crossing guard, boy scout leader, involved in the humane society, Sunday school teacher, hot dog cart owner, runner of the Boston Marathon, skydiver, pilot of his own para-plane and hang-glider, climber of every 4000 footer, climbed Mt. Washington every New Years with his Dad, notary, justice of the peace performing many successful weddings, and a life-long pen-pal with his close friends.

He had a bigger than life personality, loved everyone and was loved by many. He will be missed. Until we meet again.
