Derry - Derry - Janice L. Paradzick, 82 of Derry, NH, died Sunday, June 22, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Janice was born in Worcester, MA on January 8, 1943, a daughter of the late Walter J. and Love (Pahousky) Michalak. She had resided in Derry for the past 46 years, formerly living in Whitinsville, MA.

Janice was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life was centered around her family, and she adored her children and grandchildren. She was a preschool teacher at Stepping Stones in Derry and cherished all her students and their parents that knew her as Mrs. "P". Janice was beloved by her many friends, she brought joy, happiness and laugher to those that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles E. Paradzick, Jr. of Derry, two sons, Charles E. Paradzick, III of Scottsdale, AZ, and James W. Paradzick and his wife Heather of Derry, five grandchildren, Nina, Natalie, Lily, Mia, and Ethan, as well as one niece and one nephew.

Calling hours were held on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, with Catholic prayers offered at 7 p.m. Graveside services were held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel at the NH State Veteran's Cemetery, Route 3, Boscawen, NH. A celebration of her life was held on Tuesday from 4:30 to 7p.m. at the First Parish Congressional Church, 47 E. Derry Rd., Derry.
