Londonderry - Londonderry - Joan M. McAlister of Londonderry, N.H., passed away at the age of 90 due to natural causes on Monday, September 8, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in West Orange, NJ on May 10, 1935, daughter of the late Owen and Louise (Quinn) Pathe. Joan was a graduate of Caldwell College. She was married to the love of her life, the late Donald J. McAlister. They shared 63 years of marriage and raised six children. Joan often joined Don on his work travels around the world and they even spent four years living in Egypt. Their love story was truly timeless, and we find comfort knowing he was waiting with open arms to welcome her on the other side.

She is survived by three daughters, Joan M. (the late Ronald) Campo, Colleen P. (Joseph) Brenner, and Louann (Brian) Gentiluomo, all of Londonderry; three sons, William P. (Nancy) McAlister of Newtown, PA, Donald J. McAlister of Rhode Island, and Owen T. (Tara) McAlister of Londonderry; 21 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Following cremation, a Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 15th at 10:30 a.m at St. Mark's Church, 1 South Rd, Londonderry, NH.
