Riverview - Marie Luise Brownell (née Williams) passed away on March 14, 2024, in Riverview, Florida, at the age of 69.

She was born on April 18, 1954, in Bremerhaven, Germany. Marie was the founding owner and President of Brownell Insurance from 1986 until 2024. She was also a proud member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club. In her free time, Marie enjoyed gardening, traveling in her RV, and playing cards with the Red Hats. Marie was known for her graciousness, incredible generosity, and willingness to help others in need. A dedicated Mother and Oma, she always put in 110% in everything she did.

Marie is survived by her husband, Rick, her children, Rosie, Rick Jr, Matt, and Chris, and 11 grandchildren.

Marie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

A Memorial Service will be held on April 18th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Birch Wood Vineyards at 199 Rockingham Rd in Derry, NH. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Annie's Angels at 8 Jana Ln, Stratham, NH 03885, or to The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center, at 36 Tsienneto Road, Derry, NH 03038.
