Londonderry - Patricia Eileen King Hauser, known affectionately as "Patty," was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 20, 2026. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, she leaves behind a legacy of faith, creativity, and hospitality.

A Life Rooted in New Hampshire

Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on January 10, 1943, Patty moved to Londonderry as a young girl. She grew up within the Londonderry school system and attended Pinkerton Academy.

Patty was a dedicated worker, spending many years at Derry Shoe. However, her true calling flourished later in life when she became a preschool teacher for three-year-olds. Her gentle spirit and patience made her a favorite among her students, upon whom she left a lasting impression.

A Woman of Devotion

In 1973, Patty joined Trinity Assembly of God, where she remained a faithful and active member for over half a century. Her church was the cornerstone of her life, and through it, she formed deep, spiritual bonds and lifelong friendships.

Patty's hands were rarely still. She was a gifted artist and a poignant poet, but perhaps her greatest joy was found in the kitchen. A renowned cook, Patty believed that feeding people was an act of love. Her home was a revolving door for Bible studies, card games, and milestone celebrations, where friends—some whose relationships dated back to kindergarten—always found a seat at her table.

Family and Legacy

Patty is survived by the love of her life and devoted husband, Allen Hauser, her brother Paul King and wife Mary King, and sister-in-law Sharon King. Her memory will be cherished by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her three daughters:

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul King and Louise (Bennet) King, brother, Ed King, beloved son, Carl Hauser, as well as her grandson, Warren Robichaud III and her great-grandson, Tyrell Rand.

"Her life was a beautiful poem written in the service of others, and her seat at the table will be impossible to fill."

A private memorial service will be held on May 2, attended by her family and friends.
